We provide you a road map to understand osteoarthritis management, education on bone and joint health, tips on how to adopt a healthy lifestyle, exercise programming, and provide advice on other non-operative management for osteoarthritis.
The motivation for developing Joint Management is to provide you with free and easily accessible evidence-based resource to improve your joint pain and enhance your mobility.

Program Design & Personal Training
Are you a young adult (18-35 years old) that has sustained a previous knee or hip injury? Do you want to mitigate pain related to osteoarthritis progression? As a CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Kristen specializes in exercise programming for individuals with previous joint injuries and post-traumatic osteoarthritis. Kristen will design an individualized exercise program and work with you on tailoring it to your athletic and fitness goals.
